    James, many thanks for this – I’m beginning to get the hang of it!

    By the way, the ‘Activate Spell Check while Typing’ doesn’t seem to work. I tried it and it refused to accept text – each letter disappeared as soon as it wa typed, so thsi messgae wil be ful of typos :-)
