During this year's 16 Days of Activism for the Elimination of Violence
Against Women there is an increase in the number of events at which
men are asked to stand up and reject violence against women some of
which will take place during half time at football matches.
And for the first time there will be a men's vigil to coincide with
the start of the London Reclaim the Night March on Saturday 22nd
November.
There will also be Reclaim the Night Marches in Newquay and in Durham
on 22nd.
And on 25th November a Reclaim the Night March in Glasgow.
These are amongst a number of other events to mark the International
Day to End Violence Against Women such as:
