Learning Programme for Community Leaders

London Civic Forum introduces its forthcoming module under its
Learning Programme for Community Leaders commencing on the 8th of
September 2007.

This is a programme designed to bring a diverse group of participants
drawing on their leadership and representation experiences and
learning needs in relation to current or future roles in their
communities and involves learning and sharing in an open setting.

The programme is an exciting combination of interactive module
sessions each offering different aspects of theory and practice which
will be complimented by action learning sets designed to support the
participants' practical and relevant application of the programme to
their roles.

Module Elements
* Diversity Relations (working effectively with and in diversity -
Community Cohesion; 9.30am - 2.30pm, Saturday 8th September 2007
* Leadership and Representation Challenges; 1.00pm - 6.00pm, Thursday
20th and Thursday 27th September 2007
* Working with and in Partnerships and Networks; 9.30am - 2.30pm,
Saturday 6th October 2007
* Communication Challenges; 1.00pm - 6.00pm, Tuesday 16th October 2007
