Last call for charities and campaigning debate

Baroness Helena Kennedy QC will be among the speakers in a debate with
a third sector audience in Committee Room 16 at the Houses of
Parliament next Monday.

The debate, organised by the NCVO in association with Third Sector,
will examine whether charities should be permitted to devote all their
resources to political campaigns.

Other speakers will be Greg Clark, the shadow charities minister,
Brian Lamb, director of communications at the RNID, and Francesca
Quint, a specialist charity barrister.
