Third Sector Commissioning Conference
Monday 10th December 2007 - Central London

This is a vital time to reflect on the progress of Third Sector
Commissioning, to consider current developments in national
leadership, the principles of the Compact, recommendations for local
public and Third Sector working, the development of regional and local
networks and the spread of best practice, as well as likely future
progress.

This conference, forming a crucial part of the local commissioning
agenda, builds on recent learning and brings together critical
decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels, including the Office
of the Third Sector and Commissioner for the Compact, to outline the
full national and local picture on Third Sector Commissioning.

Morning plenary sessions highlight the key strategic developments in
Third Sector Commissioning while the afternoon stream sessions focus
on more in-depth areas. Take the opportunity to engage with
stakeholders across these sectors to find out more about the specific
issues important to your role and organisation, in terms of Third
Sector capacity building and services provision or commissioning for
best value and linking into the wider corporate agenda.

This important and timely event covers both policy and good
