LDA Gender Equality Scheme Launch

Building upon the London Development Agency's (LDA) excellent track
record on equality and diversity, we are keen to involve our
stakeholders in the priorities in our Gender Equality Scheme (GES).

This will help to drive the changes in the London economy necessary to
make a difference to the lives of all Londoners.

Speakers involved
* Mary Riley, Chair of the LDA, will be outlining the priorities for
LDA investment on gender equality over the next three years.
* Anni Marjoram, the Mayor's Policy Advisor on Women, will also be
participating. She will discuss how the Greater London Authority (GLA)
group are working jointly on issues around occupational segregation,
equal pay, and ending discrimination in employment.
* Andrea Murray, of the new Equality and Human Rights Commission, will
speak about their agenda for gender equality in London.
