The Anti Trafficking Legal Project - Safety Through Justice (Free)

Garden Court Chambers, 57-60 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London WC2A 3LS
Thursday 25 October 2007 from 14:00 to 17:00

The Anti-Trafficking Legal Project (ATLeP) was set up in September
2006 by a number of barristers and solicitors experience in
representing victims of trafficking and other vulnerable clients.

ATLeP aims to develop and promote comprehensive legal advice, training
and information on trafficking for the representatives, supporters and
advisors of trafficking victims. We aim to organize a number of
training sessions and to produce information packs for those dealing
with trafficking victims. The courses and information will cover
identification, welfare and immigration issues, support as victims of
crime as well as practical issues associated with their support and
assistance.

We would like to invite you to our first free training event designed
specifically for non-lawyers working or having contact with those who
have been trafficked.

This is an introductory training session suitable for all levels. An
advanced session will be held in the New Year. We recommend that all
attend the introductory session.
