Lloyds TSB Foundation

Our grant-making programmes

Our policy is to support charities that help disadvantaged people play
a fuller role in the community of their choice.

That's why we offer a set of funding programmes designed to respond to
charities' needs and the needs of the people and communities that they
benefit.

We operate the following grant-making programmes:


** The Community Open programme **

Open to all charities whose work falls within our overall mission
statement

Through this programme we support charities whose work falls within
our overall mission and:
* small and medium local or regional charities with an income of £1
million or less
* national charities with an income of £5 million or less
* both existing and innovative new work
* core and project funding
* applications for funding of one to three years.

To be eligible you must:
* enable disadvantaged and/or disabled people to play a fuller role in
their communities
* have your own charity number, an industrial/provident society number
or exempt charity status
* be an underfunded charity - with 12 months of reserves or less
* have an income of £1 million or less if you are a local or regional
charity
* have an income of £5 million or less if you a national charity
working across England and Wales.

** The Community Priority programme **

Focused priority funding designed to meet local and national needs

To ensure that we are responsive to local needs we have talked to the
sector to select funding priorities at a regional and national levels.

Through the Community Priority Programme we support:
* small and medium local or regional charities with an income of £1
million or less
* national charities with an income of £5 million or less
* core and project funding
* both existing and innovative new work
* applications for funding of one to three years.

To be eligible you must:
* enable disadvantaged and/or disabled people to play a fuller role in
