Debate on the future of the Compact
With the national Compact entering its tenth year, it is the right
time to explore the future of the Compact, build on its successes and
tackle its failings. Compact Voice welcomes the debate on the future
of the Compact. It demonstrates a shared commitment to make the
Compact work properly and to reach agreement through dialogue on what
needs to be done. Seizing this chance to strengthen the Compact for
its second decade should help embed the Compact ever more firmly into
organisational cultures and ways of working and ensure that the
relationship between government and the sector continues to improve.
Compact Voice have produced a pack to inform and promote the debate
and an online questionnaire to enable you to have your say and
influence future policy.
