* Are you a small community group?
* Are you and your community group trying to achieve something in your
area?
* Do you know about the duty to 'inform, consult and involve
communities'?
What is this event about?
This event will show participants how their community or voluntary
group can benefit from the government's proposals around community
empowerment. Participants will gain an understanding of the
opportunities that the Duty to Involve brings for their community of
interest, and how they can engage with it.
Who should attend?
This event is open to representatives from:
* Community organisations with only volunteers
* Small voluntary organisations with up to 2 fulltime equivalent staff
* Community of interest groups
* Organisations that are concerned with a specific neighbourhood
