Re: City Parochial Foundation (CPF) Feedback Survey 2009

We are currently undertaking a review of all aspects of our work and we would
value your feedback as part of this process.  Whether you are from the voluntary
and community sector (including those who have applied successfully,
unsuccessfully or not at all); a second-tier organisation supporting the sector;
policy-makers and/or think tanks; or other funder, we would like to know what
you think of us and how we could improve.

If you could spare 10 minutes of your time to complete the survey, we would be
very grateful. All this information is anonymous and respondents cannot be
identified.
