Capacitybuilders' Single Equality Scheme consultation

Capacitybuilders is a government organisation that gives grants to organisations
that provide capacity building support. It aims to improve the support available
to third sector organisations. It is consulting on its draft Single Equality
Scheme, which is an action plan about how it will promote equality and tackle
discrimination.

The consultation is open until Friday 25 September 2009.

Capacitybuilders has asked the National Equality Partnership to run the
consultation on its Equality Scheme. We will be holding consultation workshops
and hosting an online survey alongside this briefing and questionnaire. We will
also be writing our own response to give our views to Capacitybuilders.
