Subject: London Civic Forum e-bulletin: June 2009
A Letter from the elected Chair of London Civic Forum, Andrew Wakefield:
After more than a year’s negotiation with the Mayor and GLA we received notice
at the end of April 2009 that our 3 year funding agreement 2005-2008 would not
be renewed. The executive have been fortunate to be offered pro bono assistance
to develop a new business plan. Please join us at a special members meeting on
June 22nd at 6pm at 18a Victoria Park Square, Bethnal Green, E2 to hear these
options and make your contribution to our discussions. I look forward to seeing
you.
