(forwarded as requested below)

Dear All,

I have just spoken with the Home Office regarding their consultation, 'Together we can End Violence against Women and Girls', the deadline for which was last Friday 29 May.

The Home Office had not received the response that I sent on Friday morning on behalf of my organisation, because their inbox was full. We are therefore concerned that some responses, which people have worked very hard on, may not have been received.

I was informed that their inbox was cleared out Friday lunchtime, so if you sent a response Friday afternoon they probably received it. However, if you sent a response before then and it hasn't been acknowledged, it may be worth checking with them that they have received it, and/or resending it.

The Violent Crime Unit telephone number is 020 7035 3001. The email address to send responses to is vawconsultation at homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk. If you would rather post your response, the address is:

Violence Against Women Team,
Violent Crime Unit,
4th Floor,
Peel Building,
2 Marsham Street,
London SW1P 4DF

Please pass this on to your networks, organisations and individuals who may have responded to the consultation, to ensure that no one's hard work has been lost.

Kind regards,
Hannah
