Honouring Menstrual Wisdom, Honouring Woman.

The workshop will include looking at our female lineage and the messages we have
internalised, the message we would like to impart to the next generation of
females-our daughters of the world, social to personal internalisation, our
relationship with our menstruation and how this informs our relationship with
and to ourselves, and more.

We will work with many different mediums to facilitate this, and we will create
a safe space to allow and invite this honouring to take place.

I will be running 'Honouring Menstrual Wisdom, Honouring Woman' workshop in West
London on 10-11 October 09.

The cost is a sliding fee of £15 - £55. Spaces are limited.

I am an Indian woman and have worked as a psychotherapist for over 10 years,
specialising in working with women.
