Building Bridges Fund open for applications
The Building Bridges fund is open up to Friday 29th January 2010, and the
application form and guidance notes are available to download from the Building
Bridges section of our website

The funding is available for grants from £5,000 to £20,000 and you must be a
registered charity to take part. Your project or activities must benefit young
people aged between 5 and 19 who live or go to school in the London Bridge or
Bermondsey area, and meet one or more of the criteria below:
. Aim to increase positive youth engagement in Southwark;
. Offer extra-curricular arts or enterprise activities to young people;
. Tackle the need to reduce individual or business impacts on the environment in
Southwark;
. Can run over a significant period of time and will have a lasting impact.

London Bridge Small Grants Fund
The application period for 2010/11 Small Grants Fund is now open until 26th
February 2010
The Team London Bridge Small Grants Fund, jointly funded by Team London Bridge
and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), is for youth projects which benefit 5-19
year olds living and/or going to school in the Bermondsey area in Southwark.
Grants of £500 - £2,000 are available.
The partnership funding of the Small Grants Fund (£15,000 from Team London
Bridge and £15,000 from PwC per annum) has proved to be very successful with 54
Grants being awarded to 45 organisations since the programme's inception.
Applications must meet one or more of the following criteria:
- To encourage positive youth engagement
- To support the leap into the world of work
- To provide extra educational opportunities
